Calculator inputs you enter are used solely to perform calculations and generate AI insights in your browser session. We do not store individual calculation inputs unless you are a logged-in Pro user and have enabled calculation history. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our calculation engines.

If you use the AI Assistant feature (Pro plan), your conversation messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. Conversations are not used to train AI models. Pro users can delete their conversation history at any time from account settings.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website (e.g., payment processors, email providers, analytics), subject to confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CalcMindAI, our users, or others.

We use cookies to remember your currency preference, maintain your login session, analyze site traffic via Google Analytics, and display relevant content. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the platform.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@calcmindai.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect data in transit. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
