Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity; attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform; use automated tools to abuse the AI assistant; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

All content, design, code, and AI models on CalcMindAI are the property of CalcMindAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALCMINDAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to CalcMindAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES. CALCULATOR RESULTS ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON THE INPUTS YOU PROVIDE AND STANDARD MATHEMATICAL FORMULAS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against CalcMindAI.
